Revolutionizing Mobility In 21st Century, With Our SkyDrive eVTOL Flying Car!
SkyDrive was formed few years back in July 2018 with the aim of becoming a leading company once-in-a-century mobility revolution. Since then, the firm has advanced the production of Flying Cars and Cargo Drones while working in association with others to promote the shared vision of a future in which individuals use air mobility as a means of transportation in their daily lives. SkyDrive is the only company in the whole Japan that has successfully conducted manned test flights and also engaged in creating a system for future air mobility as a member of Japans Public-Private Council for advanced air mobility. Our manufactured Cargo Drones, which can carry payloads of up to 30kg, are already used in various worksites in Japan, especially in mountainous areas. SkyDrive has the aim to launch a flying car service in the Osaka Bay area in the year 2025. Our headquarter is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo and Mr. Tomohiro Fukuzawa is the CEO of the corporation.

Sky Is The Limit
SkyDrive aims to introduce its Japan-made flying cars at the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Kansai and the commercialization in 2025. For this purpose, SkyDrive signed a partnership agreement with the Osaka Prefectural Government and Osaka City Government in September 2021 to work toward the practical application of its flying cars in Osaka.In October 2021, SkyDrive became the first company whose application for type certification for its flying car was accepted by MLITs Civil Aviation Bureau. Additionally, SkyDrive builds strong relationships with stakeholders and participates in an ongoing Osaka round-table to implement a moving revolution society of the sky in order to increased social acceptance.

The SD-03 prototype made its world debut on August 25, 2020, when it successfully completed a manned four-minute public flight test.
The SD-05 is the model whose application for type certification was accepted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) in October 2021.
Now in development, it is a two-seat, fully electric, multi-copter flying car. We aim to prove its aircraft-class safety and obtain a type certificate by 2025, at which time we plan to launch the SkyDrive flying car business.
